Policies
1. All classes are to run consecutively
(excluding scheduled breaks). The studio will not observe holidays
other than those listed on the "Schedule" Page.
2. All fees are due at the beginning of each term. These dates are
given on the "fees" page and all payments must be made via cash or
cheque only. Please note that NSD does not accept visa.
3. A $20 service fee will be charged to cheques returned due to
insufficient funds.
4. To ensure your child's participation in the end of year recital,
a costume deposit of $40 per costume is to be paid to the school by
December 5th 2009.
5. Refunds will only be given within the first 4 weeks of the first
term. After this time, all payments are non refundable unless
accompanied by a doctor's note.
6. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, students are
asked to attend another class to make up for the one missed. Certain
classes maybe rescheduled if there is not another suitable one
available.
7. If the teacher is sick, the class will either be taught by a
substitute teacher or will be rescheduled.
8. Effective January 17th 2009 (the beginning of term 3), a late fee
of $10 will be added to your account if fees are not paid within 30
days.
